Rowan Astill

Rowan Astill has been in continuous practice as a principal of this Firm for over 35 years. Rowan Astill has practised in all fields of commercial law and associated commercial litigation, construction law, property law, liability law and litigation including personal injuries, professional negligence and public liability. This experience is of benefit to the Firm in providing the practical input needed when a commercial settlement is the object of the client’s instructions. Rowan has experience in negotiating major acquisitions including corporate take-outs, unit trust buy-outs, retirements, major land parcel acquisitions and documenting all of the associated arrangements.

Rowan Astill is an experienced property and finance lawyer, having documented all forms of major land parcel acquisitions, joint ventures, development works, master plan negotiations with Council and flat land, and “off-the-plan’” low, medium and high-density sub-divisions.

David Astill

David joined the Astills team in 2003 and is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. David primarily practices in:-
