What is a Legal Will?

A Legal Will is a written document that contains your instructions on how you want your wealth and assets to be distributed after you have passed. It also states whom you direct to act as the executor(s) of your estate.

It is designed to ensure that your estate is distributed according to your desire. Legal wills can range from simple easy to understand wills through to very complex wills.

Why do I need a Will?
